Alexander Auerbach & Co., Inc. is a full-service public
relations and marketing services consultancy.

The company's principal, Alex
Auerbach, began his career as a business journalist
with two of the nation’s leading newspapers. He has a
strong background in business and technology, a
comprehensive knowledge of the media, and a network of
relationships among print and broadcast journalists.
Before establishing Auerbach & Co.
in 1986, Alex held senior management positions at two
Los Angeles-area magazine publishing companies. Earlier
he was a member of the financial news staff of The
Los Angeles Times, where his articles were
syndicated to newspapers worldwide. Before joining The
Times he was a financial writer for The Boston Globe.
He also was a correspondent for The Economist and
the USIA.
Alex has an MBA from the Anderson
School at UCLA, and a BA from Columbia. He has received
a number of awards for his professional communications
activities.
Among the professionals of counsel
with Auerbach & Co. are Steve Stern, a public and
investor relations professional formerly with Dow Jones,
The Wall Street Journal and Reuters; Rick Weiner, for 26
years a senior communications executive at IBM; and
Howard Goldstein, an award-winning graphic designer.
